Recipes to Riches is a brilliant TV show for those of you who have perhaps not seen it. Why am I talking TV’s shows? because it’s a brilliant piece of marketing that I think we could all learn from.
What the show does is give everyday Australian’s the opportunity to showcase their favorite recipe and turn it into a household product using Woolworths product, packaging and distribution expertise. The ‘winning’ product is then sold through the Woolworths supermarkets. A win win for all involved, genius! There’s a bit more to the show so if you haven’t seen it, check it out.
Demonstrating your expertise and showcasing how you have helped everyday Australians is an ideal marketing strategy for your business too. Perhaps you can’t take it to the extremes that a multinational supermarket business can BUT, we can learn from other marketing initiatives and apply them into our businesses too.

How do you do that? there are several ways, namely client testimonials or client stories, case studies and so forth. Use them in your marketing collateral, newsletters, waiting rooms, social media platforms, everywhere new and existing clients interact with you. Why existing clients? it re-enforces that they are with the right Adviser.
